Executive Director
Roshmi has over 19 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the commercial card space. She has held senior leadership positions at American Express for Strategic Business Consulting and Data Analytics, till recently heading the global bank partner consulting team across 17 key markets. This team advises banks across the globe on sales and account management best practices with the bank in building their growth strategy.

Sr. Partner
Leon is a seasoned business process outsourcing (BPO) leader with over 30+ years of experience in the services industry, including 24+ years in BPO operations - customer lifecycle management, Pre-Sales, Solutions & GTM strategy build for new business acquisitions. He is currently the Sr. Partner for Amber Consulting.
Leon specializes in BPO Operations, GTM design and Digital strategy implementation across global and India markets.

Alumni of IIT Chennai, Rice University and University of Texas, he is an industry veteran having led key technology teams across global giants like BMC, Amazon and HP. His 28 years industry experience spans across a variety of technical and managerial roles specializing in building Cloud/SaaS products and AI/ML based Analytics.
